Once you've had access, there's no way to "unsee" it. For that reason, we don't offer refunds, even if:

• You didn't register any domains
• The domains you wanted were already taken
• You forgot to cancel your subscription
• You changed your mind

We know that might sound firm, but it's the only way to keep things fair and sustainable for all users.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Once canceled, you'll retain access until the end of your billing period — no further charges will be made.
